The SleepHQ Home Sleep Test is a simple, affordable and comfortable 3-night sleep test designed to help assess sleep apnea from the comfort of home.

Using the SleepHQ O2 Flex sensor, the test tracks key overnight signals including oxygen levels, pulse rate, movement, sleep quality and breathing disturbance patterns across three nights. This provides a clearer picture than a single-night test, because sleep apnea can vary significantly from night to night.

Your data is uploaded into SleepHQ, where it is reviewed by a sleep and respiratory physician. You’ll receive an easy-to-understand report that helps identify possible sleep apnea, oxygen drops, sleep fragmentation and treatment effectiveness.

How is it different to a Therapy Check?

The Therapy Check is an automated report intended only to check how your existing sleep apnea treatment is going. It is not intended to diagnose sleep apnea. The SleepHQ Home Sleep Test (this product) is designed to diagnose sleep apnea. It is a registered medical device and service approved and regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia. All tests are reviewed and reported manually by a sleep physician.

Availability

Right now the SleepHQ Home Sleep Test is only available to people in Australia. We will be adding more countries over time.

Ongoing Monitoring 

After your home sleep test, the O2 Flex can continue to connect with the SleepHQ app and be used as an ongoing sleep and respiratory monitoring device at no cost. You can also use it to help test friends and family, making it a powerful little tool for better understanding sleep health over time.
